Commanded frontline law enforcement and public safety operations for 11 years within the Ministry of Interior's Operations Directorate under the General Security Presidency. Progressively advanced to the rank of Captain through elite operational command roles, holding full command authority across both the Main Operations Control Room (24/7 Security Operations Center) and the Emergency Patrol Division — a rare dual-branch profile within the Directorate.

• Dual-Branch Command — Security Operations Center & Field Operations Primary assignment as Emergency Patrol Shift Commander with routine rotation into the Main Operations Control Room (24/7 Security Operations Center) as Officer in Charge. Repeatedly called up during staff shortages to assume Main Control Room command, and on multiple occasions simultaneously commanded both the Main Control Room and Emergency Patrol Division within the same shift when both branch officers were unavailable. This unified command scenario required real-time integration of nationwide emergency dispatch, incident monitoring, multi-agency liaison, field response coordination, and crisis communication across the Kingdom's emergency response infrastructure.
• Shift Commander, Emergency Patrol Division — 7 Years Orchestrated simultaneous rapid-response operations across 30–35 concurrent critical incidents per shift. Directed complex search, investigation, and targeted arrest operations. Designed and executed comprehensive security arrangements for major national events, VIP movements, and mass gatherings.
• Shift Assistant Officer, Emergency Patrol — 10 Months Directed all operational communications and administrative functions under extreme pressure, ensuring zero breakdown in command continuity across shift handovers.
• Sports Officer — Operations Directorate Supervised physical conditioning, tactical fitness programming, and annual health evaluations of the elite Emergency Police Team, maintaining peak operational readiness.
